Linda Hagen

More than 20 years of experience in international working environments (main focus: global banking) - especially America, England, Ireland, France, Spain and India

Working with other people has always fascinated me. Every person is so unique with their particular character, skills, experiences made and cultural background.

So it is sometimes a challenge, e.g. in the context of project work or when concluding a business contract, to achieve certain predefined goals when one or the other co-player brings a completely different agenda of their own with them.

With my work as an intercultural trainer, moderator and author, I would like to show that professional goals - even in an intercultural environment - can be achieved with a certain ease if certain factors are taken into account. These include, in particular, treating each other with respect, achieving a common understanding of each other and ultimately creating a solid relationship.

With my sustainable trainings, consisting of theoretical content, practical examples and hands-on exercises, you expand your thinking, look at issues from a new perspective and are able to derive solution-oriented action strategies. My goal is to create understanding and connect people.
